I went to my LYS this weekend and they had a really awesome sale. I picked up the Ironstone Yarn to make an afghan. The best part about it is that because of the way it is made i'm doing straight mindless garter stitch. Even if I did a pattern with this yarn it wouldn't show. It is so soft and heavy. I'm knitting on size 13 needles with a 24 inch cable. I will have to update the color name when I get the card out of it. But I am looking forward to it. I have a midterm on mon. and a research paper and powerpoint presentation due in about a week so I can't devote as much time to my afghan as I would like. But keep me and school in your prayers.
